to you under these "Terms of Use" and any amendments to

time to time, (collectively, "Agreement"). BY ACCESSING,
BROWSING AND/OR USING THE WEB SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND
BY THIS AGREEMENT.
Licensed Material
Any licensed material (including software) which you download from
the Web Site and/or mobile data services provided by MCF (Online)
Ltd. ("Licensed Material") are governed exclusively by
the end-user license and/or terms and/conditions accompanying or
provided during registration on the Web Site. By downloading Licensed
Material, you agree to abide by the terms of the license. Any reproduction
or redistribution of such software or Licensed Materials, or use
of the service not in accordance with the applicable license, is
expressly prohibited by law.

MCF (Online) Ltd Privacy

all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including
without limitation any warranty or condition of merchantability,
satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
